«Sweet thing»
With its 16th edition, Explorator, THE practical guide to gastronomy in Luxembourg and leader in its field, is restructuring its editorial approach, its layout and its distribution.
Henceforth, the guide will be produced in English and French by an editorial team guided by the gastronomy critic, Jacques Demarque.
20,000 copies will be distributed - 10,000 of these will be sent to a selected number of addresses which receive paperJam every month. Restaurants will no longer be listed by town, district or region but by theme. (there are 20 theme categories: gastronomic cuisine, French cuisine, new restaurants, the best restaurants, those suited to children, etc.)
Three large files complete the guide: Nightlife (good places to enjoy a drink or go out with friends), Events (where, how and which establishment to contact to organise a reception) and Wines (recommended addresses on the “route des vins”).
The guide will be totally updated for every new issue. It is a skilful mix of descriptive texts, articles and photographic presentations of restaurants.
